Have a question? shoot me an email and I'll answer it. I generally check them every day but some days are busier than others. So I've scheduled in time for emails every Sunday and Wednesday. When sending your inquiries try and use bullets to separate your questions. This allows for easier understanding and less chance of missing anything of importance.
Community Workouts - Join a group of similar/like minded individuals on a 12-week journey to get in the best shape of their lives. A closed group on Facebook where you can share your story and give feedback to others going through the same situation as you. I am there to answer any questions you may have and to give everyone the keys they need to succeed. Video demonstrations, tips, proper form, eating habits, etc...
I will give you the tools you need to complete the job but you'll have to be the one that does all the hard work. I can't do the workouts for you but I can be there to help you when you need it.
