Hi, I'm Jeff...

As a certified group and personal trainer, as well as a wellness and nutrition coach, I provide my clients with the fundamentals they need to sustain lifelong habits.

 

I specialize in working with people who are new to fitness or who haven't quite figured out how to reach that goal of theirs.   

I'm a firm believer in a strong foundation, mastering the basics, and understanding how your body moves. We often settle and learn to live with the aches and pains that disrupt our daily life, but they don't have to limit us and in most cases, they're fixable and most importantly preventable.

 

I'm a once Canadian Armed Forces member turned professional health and lifestyle specialist. I left a fulfilling career behind to pursue something that I've very passionate about. I enjoy showing people how to build the lifestyle they want.

 

There's no one size fits all and I like that about health and fitness. Whether it's running, swimming, lifting weights, rock climbing, biking, or yoga, exercise can be anything you enjoy doing.
